愿 景 及 使 命 形 成 我 们 区 域 主 题 的 骨 干 ，因 此 在 这 2010 - 2011 的 年 度 ， 我 们 必 须 推 动 狮 子 会 的 活 动 及 计 划 ， 以 迈 向 正 确 的 方 向 ， 正 确 的 态 度 ， 并 具 有 一 颗 真 诚 的 心 ， 以 确 保 能 达 致 更 大 的 进 展 。
The Vision & Mission forms the back bone of our District’s THEME, therefore during this fiscal year 2010-2011, we should promote the Lions activities and programs toward the RIGHT direction, RIGHT attitude and with a genuine heart that will ensure progress is achieved.

为了确保所有308-A2 区 的 狮 子 会 能 体 会 到 狮 子 会 的 口 号 是 " 我 们 服 务 " ，所 以 带 给 我 们 整 个 社 会 一 个 " 希 望 的 灯 塔 " 之 光 。
To ensure that all the clubs in District 308-A2 realized the Lions Motto “WE SERVE” thus bringing “A BEACON OF HOPE” to our community as a whole.

必 须 参 与 各 领 域 的 活 动 ：
RIGHT Total Involvement is required in every aspect;

如 此 去 做 的 话 ，就 可 展 示 我 们 随 时 准 备 实 行 “ 付 诸 行 动 的 服 务 ” ，并 充 分 愿 意 以 “ 前 进 的 行 动 ” 迈 向 进 步 ，为 了 每 一 位 人 类 的 需 求 ， 来 创 造 永 远 保 存 的 世 界 和 平 。
By doing so, we have demonstrated that we are always ready to “SERVICE WITH ACTION” and ever willing to take “ACTION TOWARDS ADVANCEMENT” for every humanitarian needs to create everlasting world peace
